How to quickly style short

If you follow my Instagram and Facebook page you will know that I took the plunge a few weeks ago and chopped my hair, it was long and dry from my pregnancy and let's be honest I never had the time to dry it let alone style it!

This week I wanted to share how I now keep my short hair stylish and totally fuss free and best of all it's easy as can be!

I have oily hair, I have my whole life it's getting better with age but if I don't wash my hair each morning it's hard for me to get through the day even with dry shampoo so it's essential to start with a good shampoo. I am currently using TRESemmé Platinum Strength Shampoo and Conditioner to strengthen my hair after my pregnancy and keep it from falling out with each brush stroke as well as making it squeaky clean of course. I like to change my shampoo around every now and then and TRESemmè never disappoints and for someone who washes their hair everyday the huge bottles are worth their money.

Once I have let my hair air dry which doesn't take long now it's shorter and running around in the warmer weather if I am wearing my hair down and want some volume and texture I use Bumble and Bumble Surf Spray

If I am wearing my hair tied up and going for a more sleek look my hairdresser introduced me to a little wonder product. You know those little new growth or short little broken hairs that poke out the top of your hair well Kérastase Fix Fabulous totally fixes that problem, it's almost like a wet hairspray without leaving your hair looking oily.

I also have a little secret love for hair ties, the more out there the better! I bought myself a pack of Kitsch ties last week, they leave you without kinks and don't pull your hair put as well as looking stylish on your wrist, plus spending a few more bucks on your hair ties means you won't be losing them all the time.

Got any great quick and easy hair styling tips?
